If you have 3+ years of generalist middle market Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager and you want to grow your career and work on larger more complex accounts, my client would like to talk to you about joining their growing Large Accounts Team. My client is a National Insurance Brokerage.  This new role will be based out of their Lake Oswego office.  You will work a Mon to Fri hybrid schedule of 1-2 days in office depending on your distance from the office. You will work with large, complex, layered property accounts.  A typical account will be at least $10,000 revenue or more. The agency uses EPIC, and you will be mentored by a terrific Team Account Executive.  This is the type of role that can really accelerate your insurance career! They pay for continuing education/certifications and encourage their staff to become strong technical resources for their insureds. They have a compliment of Account Coordinators to help with processing tasks. Key job aspects: • Develops complete client information and applications for renewal business under the direction of the Producer, Senior Account Executive, or Account Executive. Develops the proposal for review with Producers. • Processes change requests/endorsements, binders, certificates, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audit, and account balance status when requested. Ensures that these items are given to the client in a timely manner. • Initiates appropriate correspondence with carriers and clients. Responds to requests from clients and insurance companies. • Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures. • Assists in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel. • Ensures accuracy of account information for renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner. Candidates need to have 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Middle Market Insurance Agency Account Manager. Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive: Construction and Builder’s Risk Book

You will be the Team Lead Account Executive supporting one Producer with responsibility for some of the brokerage's largest Puget Sound construction and builder's risk accounts. This is an add to staff role due to growth. EPIC is used. This is a client facing role which will require periodic WA state travel with the Producer for key renewal meetings and other deliverables. You will lead the weekly team meetings, monitor workflow, adherence to procedures, and you will serve as the primary relationship manager for the clients. You will be a key player in hiring new team members and creating a career growth program for them to help them reach their full potential. You will also work closely with Carriers to build relationships by partnering with them to create the best cost-effective strategies for your insureds. Personal Lines Account Manager—Remote Pacific Coast Hours Only
My client is an independent insurance agency located in Washington State that is experiencing rapid growth. They are looking to add another P & C licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who knows independent Carrier markets who can help with daily servicing activities such as adding vehicles, making changes to policies, answering phones, taking payments, and quoting on company-provided leads. You will not be required to get the leads or to cold call.

My client is an independent insurance agency located in Washington State that is experiencing rapid growth. They are looking to add another P & C licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who knows independent Carrier markets who can help with daily servicing activities such as adding vehicles, making changes to policies, answering phones, taking payments, and quoting on company-provided leads. You will not be required to get the leads or to cold call. The agency uses AMS360.  Most of the clients in this book of business are in WA state. You will be servicing a book with about 1-1.5 Million in premium.  You will be expected to have a distraction free dedicated home office and you will work Mon to Fri 8:30 to 5 pm Pacific time, 40 hours/week.  All IT will be shipped to you. You will work 100% remotely with no company office visits. You will work independently with only regularly scheduled video team meetings. Compensation will be $26/hour with a KPI (Key performance Indicators) quarterly bonus opportunity for new business and cross-sales. Yearly bonus opportunity is expected to be between $2000 and $6000 depending on performance to KPI’s.  Bonus is paid quarterly. You are also eligible for a raise each quarter based on meeting your KPI's. You can also earn commission on new business leads. There are periodic contests throughout the year where you can earn extra money, and there is also a bonus for the agency hitting its quarterly goal. Typical agency goal quarterly bonuses have been in the $500 to $750 range over the last few years. Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are provided with the company covering 100% of the premium. There are 10 days of paid vacation prorated from your start date, 9 paid holidays, and 7 sick days. Background required: P & C license and a minimum of 3 years of recent independent insurance agency experience. Knowledge of Safeco and other preferred market carriers and current market appetites are required. AMS360 is strongly preferred.  The client strongly prefers to hire a WA State P & C licensed agent. If you live outside of WA State, you will need to get a WA Non-Resident P & C license.  No out of country or direct writer candidates will be considered for this role.

She can support multiple producers, books up to $1M in revenue, negotiate with Underwriters, do in-person client meetings, and can handle renewals with complete autonomy. This candidate is an excellent generalist business accounts to about $50,000 in premium. She is known for “white glove” client service, has worked for well-known national brokerages, and she is very efficient with both admitted and surplus lines accounts. She is proficient in EPIC, Sagitta, ImageRight, and has excellent computer skills. She would like to be fully remote but will do hybrid/remote if close to the Salem area.
