Recruiting/Consulting Specialties include: Producers (P & C and Benefits), Marketing Reps, Sales Managers, Underwriters, Account Managers, Claims, and other in-house miscellaneous insurance-related roles.
For employers, the goal is to help you connect with the best talent available in the market. Once I understand your unique hiring needs, we will work together to craft a recruiting strategy to hone in on the level of talent desired. I can help you find permanent employees or introduce you to industry consultants who are available on a 1099 contracted basis for specific projects.
For candidates, I act as your hiring coach to help you refine your resume and interview responses, providing valuable and timely feedback along the way.

I’ve kept in contact with Kary over the years, but had never worked with her directly. Finding myself laid-off during this pandemic was incredibly stressful. Finding a new job can be a daunting task, doubly so when you’re trying to find employment across the country. Despite these challenges, Kary worked with me cross-country and placed me at a new brokerage in the Puget Sound area in less than a month.
