My client is one of the top-rated insurance agencies in Washington. They are adding a new licensed inside service rep to their well-established award-winning team in Woodinville, WA. You will be a salaried W2 full time employee of the agency. You will be in a trusted advisor inside customer service/sales role. The agency has over 10,000 households and you will handle about 1600 customers splitting the book with other service staff in the office. You will handle renewals, handle daily service requests to add/remove vehicles, issue certs, and assist with billing questions and taking payments. You will also handle walk-ins, call-ins, and any emails requesting a quote. You will not be doing any new business cold calling. Your goal is to understand the client’s insurance needs, service current policies, evaluate coverage gaps, and suggest a solid overall risk strategy that fits their needs and budget.

They offer a guaranteed $60,000 salary, 5 weeks of PTO that accrues weekly, 100% paid medical/dental plan for the employee, and retirement plan with 10% profit sharing. In addition to your base salary, once you write 25 applications/month, (renewal re-writes and new cars are included), you will qualify for 2 more bonuses that are averaging an additional $10,000 per year. This is a Mon to Fri 8:30 to 5 pm in-office role with no weekend requirements. Parking is free.

My client is a national insurance brokerage. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Real Estate Account Manager to support 2 very high producing Sales Executives who are bringing on a lot of new business BOR’s. You will handle a book of about $650,000 in revenue under the direction of the Team Account Executive. The book comprises large apartments, mixed use retail/condos, and buildings that are coming off from builder’s risk policies that require permanent placement as well as a few construction accounts. You will be supported by 2 Account Associates who will assist you with renewal prep and other daily service tasks. Sagitta, and MS Office are used extensively in this role.

You can work from your home office as long as you are located in WA, OR, or Western ID. No other states will be considered.

You will communicate via video and instant messaging with your Producers, Account Executive, and other team Account Managers. There is a weekly Tues morning team huddle to go over priorities and identify opportunities or account issues. You will have a lot of autonomy and independence in managing your book. If you get energized by new business and growth, then you’ll be a great fit for this role. While the majority of the work can be done from home, there will be times that you will need to attend office meetings in person during the year.

You will have full autonomy for your accounts and will be the main point of contact. You will have an assistant to help with processing renewals and other daily service requests. The agency uses AMS360 and all processes are clearly outlined.

The agency offers flexible work arrangements. You will be based out of either their Everett, Auburn, or University Place offices. You can work from home but will need to be available 1 to 2 times/month for occasional office staff meetings and may be requested to travel locally with a producer for key renewal meetings.
