If you have your P & C and Life and Heath licenses and you have worked for a State Farm Agency and you know your way around NECHO and ECRM, my client wants to talk to you.
My client is a well-established insurance agency located in the greater Seattle area of WA state. He has won the Chairman’s Circle Award for several years and is recognized as a leader in the industry. He is looking to add a new licensed and experienced inside service agent to his growing team. He is open to having this new team member work in the local office or work from a home office in WA state or in a state outside of WA provided the new employee is able to obtain a Non-Resident License for P & C and Life & Health and has previously worked for State Farm Agent office.
This is a W2 Mon to Fri permanent staff role. You will be paid a base salary of $35,000 to $40,000 plus monthly bonus on new sales. You will also have PTO and the agent participates in the cost of your ACA medical benefits.
Typical service/sales responsibilities include:
Handle daily service needs such as responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Quote and sell additional lines of coverage and follow up on referrals
You must be able to pass a background check; no DUI’s or Felonies and you must have no compliance issues.
Please note, the option to work remote outside the state of WA is ONLY open to those who have recent State Farm agency experience, have all 4 licenses, and are proficient with ECRM and NECHO, You also need to have a dedicated office that is free of distractions and has secure home internet.
