If you are an experienced insurance producer and you live on the Eastside, my agency client wants to talk to you.
My client is a well-established Kirkland insurance agency with a strong local reputation. They specialize in Personal Lines in the private client and preferred market space and they also have a robust Commercial Lines book. As a multi-lines agent, you will be responsible for quoting new business in both Personal and Commercial lines. You will be expected to produce at least $4000/mo in revenue. The agency has referral partners as well as a marketing/leads program. You will be expected to also use your own circle of influence and contacts to develop other networking and referral partners that can help you build the book. The firm has many markets in the Private Client space as well as other specialty programs.
Compensation will be $4000/month salary plus 50% of the agency commission for new business and 25% on renewal or cross sales. The agency has a strong Account Manager team that will support you with daily service tasks to allow you to devote your time in new business sales. The company pays 100% of your benefits cost and you will also be reimbursed for expenses. The agent is looking to hire a producer who has a long-term commitment to the local Western Washington area. You will not be required to go to the office daily.
Candidates need to have their WA P & C license and have to have experience as a producer at an agency to be considered for this role.
