Hours are either Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST (no other schedules will be considered).

You MUST HAVE 3 years of insurance agency experience with State Farm with no compliance issues, proficiency with ECRM, and have active P & C and Life/Health Insurance License, (out of state residents will have to obtain a WA State Non-Resident license), to be considered for this remote role. No other experience will be considered.

You will be working from your home in the USA and will be taking customer calls from Washington State insureds. You will be paid a base salary of $45,000 up to $55,000 and will receive commissions which are currently averaging $500 to $1000/month depending on how many applications are written. You will also have 2 week’s vacation and WA State sick time.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

He is looking to add a new team member who speaks fluent Armenian, Russian, or Ukrainian. This is an in-office Mon to Fri permanent staff role. At target, you should make $70K or more first year. You will have paid vacation, sick time, and he will also pay for your personal health insurance after 90 days on the job.
