If you live in the Phoenix, AZ area and are a Life & Health licensed Employee Benefits pro with expertise in self-funding, this new Benefits Account Executive/Senior Consultant role is for you.

My client is a large National privately held insurance brokerage.  They want to hire an experienced, licensed Account Executive to manage the benefits strategy for 10 groups that have 500 to 5000 lives.  75% of groups are self-funded.  The position allows you to work from home with only Thursdays in the Phoenix office.  You will also travel to your accounts in the greater Phoenix area as needed for key strategy meetings.  You will also help to develop junior benefits staff that will assist you with managing the open enrollment and renewal process.

Candidates must have worked at an insurance brokerage in an Employee Benefits Account Executive, Benefits Consultant , or Benefits Senior Account Manager role.  Must know the ins/outs of managing a self-funded group with 500 to 5000 lives. Only brokerage experience will be considered for this senior role. AZ Life & Health license required.  Must reside in the Phoenix area.
