This is a great role for an Everett, WA area P & C licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager who wants to move more into the middle market space and work for a growing brokerage learning under a great mentor Manager in a flexible hybrid 1-2 days in the office work schedule.
My client is a National Insurance Brokerage. Due to growth, they want to hire another Commercial Lines account manager that they can grow into a middle market pro. You will support 4 to 5 Producers on a $250K revenue generalist middle market book with a mix of generalist accounts including contractors and commercial property LRO. As long as you know how to do small account renewals, they will train you on the more complex middle market accounts so that you can grow into a full desk. You will have an assistant to help with processing renewals, as well as Patra used for endorsements, certificates, and policy checks. The agency uses AMS360, and all processes are clearly outlined.

Candidates need to have an active WA P & C license and at least 3 years of small to mid-Commercial lines full cycle account manager experience. AMS360 knowledge is a big plus but not required.
