If you are an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive with experience being the quarterback for the team handling large multi-state Senior Living Accounts, and you want to work remote, this new role is for you!

My client is a national growing insurance brokerage. You will work on a book of large mostly California senior living operators and some that are located out of state primarily in the West. You can live in CST or MST time zones, but you will be working primarily West Coast core hours.

You will be leading insurance strategy and risk management meetings with insureds and managing your team of account managers for large complex Senior Living accounts:

  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to complex problems, conclusions, or approaches to problems and what options may be most appropriate to meet a prospect’s needs.
  • Identify centers of influence that can assist with developing leads or with making inroads to potential clients.
  • Develop relationships and perform analysis with prospective clients to understand their organization, key decision makers, and business needs.
  • Meet sales goals and retain relationships with key stakeholders after prospects become clients with an eye toward cross-sell and round-out opportunities.
  • Understand principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
  • Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.

Candidates need to have progressively responsible independent agency Account Executive experience with large senior living or other large habitational/real estate risks. You need to have experience leading the strategy sessions for insureds and have strong team leadership skills. You must have an active P & C insurance license and will be required to obtain a CA Non-resident license if you are out of state.
