My client is a well-established State Farm Insurance Agency in WA state. They have won the Chairman’s Circle Award for several years and the Agent is recognized as a leader in the industry. He is looking to add a new fully remote full time team member to his team. This is a W2 permanent staff Team Member Sales and Service role. Hours are either Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST (no other schedules will be considered).
You MUST HAVE 3 years of insurance agency experience with State Farm with no compliance issues, proficiency with ECRM, and have active P & C and Life/Health Insurance License, (out of state residents will have to obtain a WA State Non-Resident license), to be considered for this remote role. No other experience will be considered.
You will be working from your home in the USA and will be taking customer calls from Washington State insureds. You will be paid a base salary of $45,000 up to $55,000 and will receive commissions which are currently averaging $500 to $1000/month depending on how many applications are written. You will also have 2 week’s vacation and WA State sick time.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
The client is looking to start their new Team Member ASAP.
