If you are an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager living in the greater Portland, OR area and want to work with specialty accounts instead of having a generalist book, this new Account Manager role with flexible hybrid scheduling is for you.
My client is well-established independent Portland area insurance brokerage. They are looking for a new Commercial Lines Account Manager to support one long-time Producer who specializes in the Cannabis market. This role requires generalist commercial coverage knowledge and experience working renewals with E & S Markets. Cannabis policy experience is a plus, but they will train on coverages/markets. The book is about $3 million in premium.
You will be managing cannabis policy renewals from start to finish working with established E & S Markets. Premium ranges from $500 to $20,000/account. No travel is needed for this role. The agency is on EPIC. This is a hybrid role with at least 1 day/week in office. The office is in Portland and will be relocating to a brand-new Beaverton location in early 2025. Parking is free.

Candidates need to have an OR P & C license and a min of 3 years of commercial lines experience with full cycle renewal and marketing/underwriter negotiating experience with E & S Markets.
