My client is part of a National rapidly growing brokerage with 150 agencies in 31 states. They are adding a new Personal Lines Insurance Service Rep to their Hermiston, OR office. This is a Mon to Fri in-office role. Salary is $40,000 to $48,000 (paid hourly), plus a team group bonus paid twice/year. Full benefits including 401K with match are included. Hours are Mon to Thurs 8 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch), and Fri 8 am to 4 pm so you can start your weekend off early.
Training on the agency management system, EPIC, is provided. This is a service job, not sales. It is a great opportunity to learn the independent agency side which will prepare you to promote into a Personal Lines Account Manager role in the future. You will provide general service to existing personal insurance clients, including processing endorsements, making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, helping with bill payments, and updating the EPIC system.
Candidates need to have an active Oregon P & C license, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and live a commutable distance to the Hermiston office. Some insurance agency experience is preferred.
