She has been on the frontlines with agency acquisitions, helping to onboard and transition the legacy agency accounts, people, and processes to facilitate a roadmap for earnout for the owners/stakeholders. She has worked with area teams to streamline workflow, develop team mentoring programs, and best practices. Prior work included being VP of Operations/Risk Consulting where she managed a team of 40 service staff across several locations in the Western States.
