This is the ideal work from home with no need to come to a physical office for any reason type of insurance job. This firm is a specialty Jewelry insurance warranty company. They are adding 1 to 2 new team members to their insurance customer support team. This is a true concierge style service role. Your customers are jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and their customers who have purchased warranty insurance. You will handle calls that come over the phone, email, and on chat. While calls are recorded for training purposes, this is not a call center heavy metrics environment. Your goal is to take your time to fully understand the customer’s issues and then either solve the problem or coordinate the soft call transfer to the appropriate department that can resolve the issue. This role is all about “white glove” service and requires the ability to follow up, stay organized, manage your time, listen well, and communicate without error on email and chat.

Experience needed includes P & C insurance knowledge (license not required), and previous customer service phone, email, or support experience. You must have a dedicated home office space with business internet speed and be very comfortable working independently without direct supervision. You must have strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
