If you have some basic Property & Casualty insurance exposure and you want to jump start your Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager career, my growing agency client will help you learn the agency side of the business in a non-sales, service role.

My client is a well-established insurance agency in North Kirkland.  This role in an full time in-office Receptionist/Admin. Work hours are 8:30 to 5 pm Mon to Fri.  This position is a foundation role that will allow you to learn insurance systems, documentation, and procedures so you can promote into a licensed inside sales/customer service role in the future.  The agency champions its employees and has a great work/life culture. The position is full time, permanent role with full benefits package and retirement plan. The agency is growing and is not looking to sell.

You will be handling inbound calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, assisting with non-licensed processing and computer entry tasks, and other special projects as needed. They will pay for you to get your P & C license so that you can grow your insurance career.

Candidates need to have previous reception and admin experience in an office setting with strong MS Office skills.  You need to have some Property & Casualty insurance exposure either from billing, claims, or at a Carrier to allow for fast-track training.
