If you are a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager who knows EPIC Agency Management, wants to work remote, and you live in one of the Pacific Time Zone states, this new insurance agency account manager role could be a great career move.

My client is a National Brokerage. This role supports one of their Washington State locations. You will work remote and will not have any onsite travel. You will be supporting one main producer who has a middle market book of approximately $800,000 revenue.  Accounts are primarily contractors, manufacturers, and wholesale distribution.  These accounts are long-time customers of the agency.  You will be the main point of contact for all renewals, daily service requests, and any re-marketing.  You will also assist the Producer with new business placement as needed.

Key job aspects:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client and insurance companies.

· Handle incoming service requests from customer and insurance company sources.
· Handle new and renewal marketing procedures including but not limited to obtaining updated customer
information, application preparation, submitting and negotiating with insurance companies, ordering
policies from insurance companies, and preparation of presentation and proposal material.
· When needed, assist with the processing of all client documents including but not limited to policy issuance,
endorsements, audits, cancellations/reinstatements, invoicing, certificates and claims.
· Update and maintain customer information in the agency management system accurately and efficiently.
· Provide coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
· Collaborate with team to identify and act on up sell and cross sell opportunities with existing customers
within the organization.
· Adhere to and comply with organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established
· Demonstrate effective and efficient quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance to
comply with organization error and omission standards.
· Maintain a concern for timeliness, accuracy and completeness when interacting with customers, colleagues
and insurance companies.

Position requires a P & C license and at least 5 years of agency commercial account management experience managing a similar book of middle market accounts. Generalist knowledge across all lines is needed. Only candidates residing in Western/Pacific Time Zone states who are proficient with EPIC will be considered for this remote role. (AZ or AK are acceptable).
