My client is a Managing Partner for a fast-growing insurance agency.  He needs an experienced “right hand” admin assistant to help him with a wide range of tasks.  He manages agencies in WA State with a combined employee base of about 150 people. You will be involved in working with him and his agency partners to provide admin support, technical resources, help with event planning, and other special marketing projects.  This role requires strong Microsoft office skills with Word and Excel, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with autonomy to complete tasks in a timely manner.  This role will have a lot of variety.  The agency is committed to supporting the local community and the Agency Partner really champions his staff.

Candidates must have prior stable work experience in an admin role in a sales-oriented work setting.  The company offers an excellent benefits package and hourly wage of $23 to $25/hour.  This is an in-office Mon to Fri role.
