My client is an independent insurance agency in Kirkland, WA. They specialize in Personal Lines.  They are about 2 Million in revenue with about 12 staff most of which are engaged in a combination of primarily inbound sales/service work.

You will be managing all aspects of the agency operations from P & L, Carrier Relations, employee hiring/training and development, managing sales results, and overseeing admin staff. You will not have a personal sales quota.  You will be in the office daily to allow you to grow and develop the team. The position will have a salary and operational bonus structure with full benefits.

Candidates need to have a P & C license, be experienced in running an independent insurance agency, have knowledge of the Personal Lines preferred market carriers, and be a good hands-on “player/coach” type manager.
