If you have personal lines insurance experience and you live in the greater Kirkland area, my client’s new Account Manager role could be your next career move.

My client is growing Personal Lines independent insurance agency located in Kirkland. They want to hire a new team member due to agency growth.

Your day will be a mix of inside sales quoting and customer policy service. The agency uses Hawksoft along with MS office. This is all inbound phone/email work. There is no cold calling.  You will quote new business and will cross sell existing accounts to add umbrellas, home, and auto to round out the coverage package. You will remarket as needed to maintain the best risk package for your insureds.

The office is very state of the art with individual offices, high tech computer equipment, and free parking. Many employees have been with the firm over 5 years.

The position pays a salary of $55,000 to $65,000 plus 50% commission on new business produced. They have an excellent benefits and 401K package along with free parking and a nice easy going office culture.

Hours are Mon to Fri 8:30 to 5 pm and they are on the bus line to allow easy commuting across 520.

Background Desired: WA P & C license and at least 1 year of Personal Lines agency experience (Direct writer is okay). Ability to do both service and sales is needed.
