This is a client facing role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills over the phone, video, and email, and generalist commercial lines coverage knowledge across all lines.

You will be the main point of contract for all communication for your accounts. You will handle renewals from start to finish and will work closely with your producers if needed to re-market the account, negotiating with Underwriters as needed to carry out the risk strategy for the client. You will use AMS360 agency management system.

This role will be based out of the Seattle office, and you can choose to work from home provided you live in either the Pacific or Mountain time zones as accounts and team members are all in the greater Seattle area. All computer equipment will be shipped to you.  You must have a dedicated distraction- free home office with reliable business speed internet.​​​​​​​

Candidates must have 3 years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience with generalist coverage knowledge, P & C license, have proficiency with Microsoft Office, and have strong client facing skills. AMS 360 or EPIC knowledge desired.
