This is a great role for a P & C licensed Commercial Lines support person who is ready to accelerate their career and wants a flexible work schedule for work/life balance.

My client is a National Insurance Brokerage. You will be based out of their Everett, WA office. You will support a group of Producers for any business that falls into the Select Market niche. Premiums will be $20,000 or less per account. You will quote new business and handle renewals, handle daily service tasks, and provide claims advocacy and support. Your book will be around 500 accounts and a little over $200,000 in revenue. You will be the main point of contract for your accounts most of which do not have an assigned producer. The agency uses AMS360. This is a very busy high-transaction desk requiring generalist coverage knowledge for small business risks.  They will hire an experienced Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager or an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager who is ready to have their own book.

The agency offers flexible work arrangements.  You can choose to be fully in the office, work a couple of days each week in the office, or if you are an experienced Account Manager who knows AMS360 and can manage the book independently, you can work fully from home with only 1 to 2 days each month required in the office for staff Commercial Lines meetings.

The agency offers salary with great benefits, PTO plan, and retirement. The firm is growing quickly and is dedicated to work/life balance.

Candidates need to have an active P & C license and at least 2 years of Commercial lines experience with generalist coverage knowledge with Main Street business. AMS360 knowledge is a big plus.

To apply, email your resume to info@insuranceresourcing.com or call 425-298-0278. The client would like to hire before the end of the month.
