If you have built strong sales teams in an independent insurance agency and you live in Oregon, this new Sales Director role could be a fit.

My client is a growing Insurance Agency with branches in Beaverton, Medford, and Grants Pass, OR.  They are an Insuretech firm that has created an easy technology driven buying experience for the customer.  They offer 100 different Carrier Products encompassing personal lines, small business, Medicare, life insurance, disability insurance, and annuities.  Their sales teams act as insurance advisors and educators with an emphasis on taking the mystery out shopping for insurance.

This role will be responsible for building sales revenue across the branches, hiring, developing, and training licensed staff, and working with Corporate Leadership to implement strategic growth and sales plans.  You will split your time between their Beaverton, Medford, and Grants Pass locations and will also be involved with launching new locations as they come online in the coming months.

Candidates need to be fully licensed in P & C, Life & Health (annuity and Medicare experience is a plus, not required).  You need to have worked in an insurance agency environment as a sales manager role to be considered for this role. Candidates need to live a commutable distance to one of the 3 Oregon offices so they can travel as needed for sales meetings and staff trainings. Relocation package is available.
