If you are an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager with retail agency experience and you excel with groups of 50 lives or more, and you live in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, this new role is for you!

My client is a National Insurance Brokerage with offices across the USA.  You will be part of the large Seattle team.  Provided you live in either the Pacific or Mountain time zones, you have the choice to work fully remote, or you can work a flexible hybrid office schedule out of their Seattle office.

You will have a book of $1.2MM in revenue.  The groups will be at 50+ lives, and there are 5 self-funded accounts.  You will be working on a team supporting the Account Executives and Producer.  You will be a full cycle account manager, managing the renewal through all stages including do the rate spreads, communication pieces, and participating in employee meetings.

Candidates need to have their Life & Health license and have experience as a Benefits Account Manager at a retail agency focused on lives of 50 or more.  Fully remote candidates MUST live in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to be available to the team.  Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Office are required along with Employee Navigator or other benefit portals.
