If you are an experienced insurance Personal Lines Producer who has sales experience in the preferred markets and private client space, my agency client wants to talk to you.

My client is a well-established Kirkland, WA full-service boutique insurance agency.  This is a hybrid role where you will be doing mostly new sales as well as some high level account management.  The agency uses Hawksoft for agency management. The goal is to produce at least $4000/mo in revenue. The agency has referral partners as well as a marketing/leads program.  You will be expected to also use your own circle of influence and contacts to develop other networking and referral partners that can help you build the book. The firm has many markets in the Private Client space as well as other specialty programs. You will be supported by two Account Service Managers.


The agency is licensed in 7 Western States: Washington, California, Idaho, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Oregon.  Candidates need to live in Western WA to allow for at least 2 days/week in office.  The other 3 days can be from your home office.


Compensation will be $60,000 salary plus 50% of the agency commission for new business and 25% on renewal or cross sales. Benefits premiums are fully paid for the employee and there is a retirement plan. Goal is to bring in at least $30,000 revenue in year 1.


Candidates need to have their P & C license and a track record of Personal Lines sales with an agency specializing in Preferred and Private Client markets. You must live a commutable distance from their Kirkland, WA office.
