My client is a boutique employee benefits agency located in Pierce County near the Federal Way/Fife area.  They are looking for a new team member to add to their Employee Benefits Account Manager team.  This is a permanent, in-office, full time service role.  You will be supporting producers with small and mid-sized fully insured groups. You will be responsible for all parts of the renewal including working directly with Carriers, reviewing rates, preparing the account for presentation to the group, conducting the group benefits meeting, installing/on-boarding the group, and being the main point of contact for the group. You will handle both renewals and will help place any new groups at the direction of the producers.

This position is open due to growth and offers a great deal of autonomy.  The office is modern with state of the art technology and employee benefit portal software.  You will use Sales Force as your CRM as well as Excel for spreading rates.

Candidates need to have experience working in an Employee Benefits agency and know how to do a renewal from start to finish including using Excel for spreading rates.  A WA L & D is also required.
