- Wants to work for an agency in the Greater Portland area
- Can do full cycle renewals including spreading rates
- Strong Excel skills including building own templates
- Good at creating Employee Communication Pieces
- Does employee benefit meetings with/without a producer present
- Solid knowledge of the ACA
- Knows Employee Navigator as well as many other HRIS systems
