If you have your Property & Casualty License and a real knack for customer service and upselling, and you want to work in the Woodinville area for an award winning agency, this could be your new home!

My client is a well-established insurance agency located in the Woodinville area. They are looking to add a new service/sales team member. The role is a mix of service and cross-selling. You will work with current customers, many who have been with the agency for several years, to make sure that they have no gaps in their current policies. While doing account reviews, you will be asking questions about vehicle changes, upgrades to home/remodeling, new drivers that may need to be added to the policy, adding boats or other water toys, adding life or other financial related products, and you will ask for family or friend referrals.

You will be communicating with customers both in person, on the phone, and over email. This role requires a good “farmer” who always has the customer’s best interests at heart. Compensation includes generous starting salary, monthly commissions, fully paid health benefits, 4 weeks paid PTO, and gym membership. People in this position are earning in total W2 income between $55,000 and $70,000+ depending on their ability to cross-sell and promote the agency.

This is a Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 5 pm full time in-office position. This agency has very low turnover and their goal is to find a P & C licensed, long-term, career-minded service rep who is passionate about insurance and helping customers.

This is NOT an entry level role. Candidates MUST have their Property & Casualty license, (Life and Disability is a huge plus), and at least 1 year of insurance agency experience. Good computer skills, professional demeanor, and a great attitude round out the requirements.
