My client is a well-established independent full service insurance agency located in Bellevue. They have very little turnover, a great work/life balance, and they pay 50% of the premium for dependent coverage, a rarity in today’s market! They have so much work that they need to hire another Commercial Account Manager to round out the team.
The book is a mix of contractor accounts and well as Main Street Business. Premiums range from $1500 to $150,000. You will have full autonomy for all renewals and will be supported by an assistant as needed. These are long-term key account customers of the agency. The firm believes in good old fashioned customer service and prides itself on being a “technical expert” for their insureds. You will have lots of autonomy and your ideas for improvement will be welcomed. You will not be required to travel to see customers and you will not be asked to work large quantities of overtime or work on weekends. This is an agency that you can retire from!
The hours are Mon to Fri 9 am to 5 pm. This is a full time, permanent in-office role. Once you have completed on-boarding training, you will be eligible to work from home 2 days/week. The agency uses EPIC and is paperless.
Candidates need to have their P & C license along with experience working a contractor book in a full service paperless agency. Any insurance certifications are a huge plus. A solid generalist is needed.
