start your insurance career with a good agency that will pay to get you
licensed, pay you a decent hourly wage plus monthly bonus, and give you the
opportunity for future career growth, this new Sales/Service Training
program is for you!

My client is a well-established insurance agency located in Bothell, WA.
They will bring you on without any insurance experience or license. All you
need to bring is a great attitude, desire to learn, and a track record of
successful inside sales experience post high school.

This is a very rare opportunity to get paid to learn! Most agencies require
you to obtain your own licenses at your own cost before they will hire you!

Here is how the program works:

You will start in the agency at $16/hour. During the first week, you will
take the Property & Casualty pre-licensing class. It is a 40 hour online
class. Once complete, you will take the WA state licensing test. Once you
have your P & C license, you will begin your Life and Disability class, and
it is also 40 hours of online training. Once complete, you will take the WA
state licensing test for this part of the licensing. You will be expected
to pass both tests on the first try. Once you have all 4 lines, you will
begin taking the Carrier online training and will start working with the
Agent to learn how to use the computer system to quote and to change
policies. You will also be eligible for a salary review to $18/hour once
you are fully licensed.

Once you have completed all of the online training, you will move into a
Sales/Service client role and will start working with existing customers to
help with daily service requests (add/changes to policies), and you will
also learn how to go over coverage, compare Carrier policies, and quote all
lines of business. As your skills and knowledge progress, you will be
expected to sell 30 policy lines each month which will earn you at least
another $500 to $600 in monthly bonus income. 1st year income will be in
well in excess of $40,000 depending on your goal attainment.

The hours for this job are Mon to Fri, 8:30 to 5:30 pm. The work is all in
office, there is no work from home. There are15 days of PTO and a 401K plan
in addition to your salary. The employer also participates in funding
medical insurance.

Candidates need to be able to pass a background check and have no DUI’s. 3
years of prior successful sales/service experience is required along with
solid computer skills. References and sales/service testing will be
conducted prior to offer of employment.
