If you have some experience with Managing an office at an Insurance Captive, my client would like to talk with you.

My client is a well-established agency located in Issaquah. He wants to hire a new staff member who would train directly under him to learn agency procedures to ultimately assume an Office Manager role in the future. The long-term goal is to free up the agent, get him out of the office on a daily basis, so he can concentrate on sales and other growth initiatives. This role would be a “player coach”. You would be involved in hiring, onboarding, training, staff meetings, and other activities to make sure that the agency is meeting its sales and service objectives. As a working Manager, you will also be involved in selling and servicing policies. This is a salaried role with bonus for meeting agency goals. Salary is DOE.

Candidates need to be P & C and L & D licensed with at least 2 years of insurance agency leadership experience.
