My client is a full service independent agency located in Beaverton, OR. They are experiencing rapid growth and want to bring on a new Employee Benefits Producer. You will have a cracker jack team of in house support people who will handle the heavy lifting of marketing, employee meetings, and daily service, to allow you to maximize your time bringing in new groups and building your book. The company has a strong foot print in the local area and is well known in the benefits community. You will have lots of autonomy and won’t be tied to ridiculous reporting metrics that slow you down. The agency owners are open to discussing several compensation arrangements for salary and commissions depending on your needs and proposed business plan. This is a W2 role with a rare 100% company paid benefits package for the employee.
The agency culture is fast-moving and unencumbered by lots of rules and “we have always done it this way” attitudes allowing you to really put your own mark on the firm.
Candidates need to have experience as a group benefits producer with local area contacts/networks.
