My client is a well-established independent insurance agency located in Kirkland, WA. They specialize in community business risks and are known for velvet glove customer service where you talk with real people, not a service center. Because they put the customer first, they enjoy a great local reputation and a steady stream of referrals.
They are looking to add an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to their growing team. You would work on a combination of house leads, referrals from current customers, and business opportunities that you self-generate. You will be a W2 employee with a generous base salary (dependent on any book you may have to bring over or if no book, contacts in the WA area), 50% commission on both new and renewal business that you generate, as well as 25% commission on house leads or additional lines that are added to current accounts or cross sold from other departments.

Candidates MUST HAVE a P & C license and experience selling commercial insurance accounts. Local candidates who have a natural market and contacts in the Puget Sound area are strongly preferred.
