My client is an independent insurance agency located in Washington State that is experiencing rapid growth. They are looking for a Spanish/English speaking P & C licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who knows independent Carrier markets who can help with daily servicing activities such as adding vehicles, making changes to policies, answering phones, taking payments, and quoting on company-provided leads. You will not be required to get the leads or to cold call.

My client is an independent insurance agency located in Washington State that is experiencing rapid growth. They are looking for a Spanish/English speaking P & C licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who knows independent Carrier markets who can help with daily servicing activities such as adding vehicles, making changes to policies, answering phones, taking payments, and quoting on company-provided leads. You will not be required to get the leads or to cold call. The agency uses AMS360.  Most of the clients in this book of business are in WA state. You will be servicing a book with about 1-1.5 Million in premium.  You will be expected to have a distraction free dedicated home office and you will work Mon to Fri 8:30 to 5 pm Pacific time, 40 hours/week. (firm schedule that will not change).  All IT will be shipped to you. You will work 100% remotely with no company office visits. You will work independently with only regularly scheduled video team meetings. The client strongly prefers to hire a WA State P & C licensed agent. If you live outside of WA State, you must live in the PST, MST, AZ, or AK time zones to facilitate team communication.  You will also need to get a WA Non-Resident P & C license. No CST and EST zone candidates will be considered for this role.  No Direct writer experience will be considered for this role. Salary will be $26/hour with a KPI (Key performance Indicators) quarterly bonus opportunity for new business and cross-sales. Yearly bonus opportunity is expected to be between $2000 and $6000 depending on performance to KPI’s.  Bonus is paid quarterly. You are also eligible for a raise each quarter based on meeting your KPI's. You can also earn commission on new business leads. There are periodic contests throughout the year where you can earn extra money, and there is also a bonus for the agency hitting its quarterly goal. Typical agency goal quarterly bonuses have been in the $500 to $750 range over the last few years. Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are provided with the company covering 100% of the premium. There are 10 days of paid vacation prorated from your start date, 9 paid holidays, and 7 sick days. Background required: P & C license and a minimum of 3 years of recent independent insurance agency experience. Knowledge of Safeco and other preferred market carriers and current market appetites are required. AMS360 is strongly preferred.  You must be able to discuss insurance products in both Spanish and English fluently. They are hiring a new Commercial Lines Account Manager to take over an existing book of farm and general small business including contractors. (Premiums to $50,000). The agency is on EPIC. You will be the main point of contact for renewals and daily service tasks.  All IT will be provided for your home office. The agency recently won an award for best in the Northwest and is a fun place to work. They do a 37.5 hour work week, offer benefits and opportunities for career advancement. My client is an independent agency with 13 offices in WA and OR. They are looking for an Oregon P & C Licensed service rep who loves working with established accounts and doesn’t want to ever make a cold call again.  This job is perfect for someone who is tired of having to meet an unrealistic monthly quota and wants to have a guaranteed monthly salary with no sales requirements. You will work out of their Beaverton, OR office. The agency is on EPIC. Carrier and systems training will be provided. The job will be all service-related tasks. You will review any account that has received a notice for a 20% or greater premium increase. You will schedule a call with the insured, go over any home/auto or lifestyle changes since the last policy period, discuss any needs for additional coverage or changes to existing limits, then remarket the account to be able to provide coverage options from both the existing Carriers as well as alternatives.  You will also perform daily insurance service tasks such as certs and endorsements, adding a vehicle or driver, or adding an umbrella or toy policy. The firm offers free parking, full benefits, paid continuing education and certifications. This job is 100% in office and has a terrific work/life culture. Hours are Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5 pm. Salary is $50,000. Candidates must have an OR P & C license and at least 6 months of agency experience at either a direct writer or an independent agency. This candidate currently works 100% remote as a Personal Lines Account Manager. sales/service role. She handles accounts with 20+ Carriers, advises on renewal options, risk management strategies, and handles day to day service tasks. She is very good with turning in-house leads into new customers. She has worked in personal lines for close to 10 years and wants to find an agency that will help champion her sales abilities and offers commissions on new sales.
